If you’ve been arrested, most of the time you will have to pay a bail amount in order to be released until your court hearings. When you are able to get Bail Oahu there are a number of bail bondsmen who can help a family member or friend bail you out. In general, the bail process can be done quickly, and you can be out the same day or the next day.

When you’ve been arrested, if you have a friend or family member who is willing to cosign a bail for you, they’ll need to meet with a bondsman. In many cases, the bondsmen are available for extended hours or 24 hours a day, so they don’t have to wait until normal business hours to help you out. They won’t be repaid the percentage they paid, however, as that will be the bondsman’s fee for providing the Bail Oahu. Once he has paid your bond to the jail, it will be processed.

When your bond has been paid, you will be able to be released from jail. It’s important that once you are released, you keep up with all court dates, so you don’t default.
